Hilton Garden Inn Melville Plainview

Clean and comfortable hotel lobby, friendly and accommodating staff, fast and easy check-in/out, cozy beds, and well-stocked shower products. Also, the pool and pillows were a favorite. Located in a good area on Long Island, and we were surprised to find a Neutragena product.

Nothing to dislike.

We stayed at Hilton Garden for one night and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a simple standing shower in the bathroom. We enjoyed watching our favorite shows on the easy-to-navigate Direct TV. The hotel's renovation was underway, but it didn't affect our stay. Despite a noisy group at the bar during check-in, the receptionist was accommodating. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, which included made-to-order eggs and crispy bacon. The food was so good that we even received a voucher for a free breakfast. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

I appreciated that hotel had excellent staff and food. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. It was reasonably large with a bright bathroom.

the hotel was quite clean, which is always a plus. the swimming pool was heated, which made it enjoyable to use. the location was also convenient, with a nearby supermarket. these small advantages were not enough to compensate for the disappointing service and lack of amenities.

I regret staying at this hotel. the staff was cold and indifferent, and they couldn't even find my reservation properly.

The room was in dire need of renovations. the heating unit was incredibly loud and kept me up at night, despite using ear plugs.
